DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join one of our clients in the Energy Industry in a permanent position. Within the client IT organization, they are setting up a DevOps governance process, that will also support departments outside of the IT environment. To accelerate this, we are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer who contributes with her/his experience and knowledge to the success of this roll-out.

Your responsibilities

• • Maintaining client’s DevOps environment: Setting up policies 
  • Developing, monitoring, and auditing guidelines  
  • Building and maintaining build and deployment pipelines 
  • Setup guidelines and rules for internal and external developers to write and maintain code 
  • Collaborate with software developers and software engineers to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended 
  • Assist in working on ways to automate and improve development, testing, and release processes for a wide range of applications 

Your profile
 

• • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant field 
  • Working experience in a DevOps environment to support SDLC 
  • Solid experience with Azure Cloud  
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • IBM Maximo (EAM specifically) is a plus 
  • You take ownership and help drive improvements
